Ladislav is a highly qualified tennis coach with over 30 years of experience coaching players of all ages and standards across Europe and the UK. An LTA Accredited+ Coach (UKCC Level 4 Senior Club Coach), he also holds qualifications from the RPT World Tour Course, Toni Nadal, and is a certified Pickleball Club Coach.

For the past 15 years, Ladislav has been a key coach at David Lloyds clubs in Corstorphine and Newhaven, where he has developed numerous performance players. His leadership as a Men's Team Captain saw the team promoted to the 1st Division, and the club won several Inter Club singles finals. Under his guidance, junior teams have also competed at the national level in both U14 and U18 Team Tennis and the National Premier League. He is also coaching in Henderland Road Tennis Club and in St Margaret's Park. 

A well-known tournament organizer and referee, Ladislav currently coaches several county-level players, including Eva Dorado, Aarav Chadalawada, Rory Robb, Arsenii Opryshko, Sarami Raparthi, and Michael Bargeton. He previously coached Jamie Connel (who achieved a #22 singles ranking in the US college system).

Affectionately known as "Ladi," he is also actively developing pickleball in Edinburgh and West Lothian, having founded the Lively Sloth Pickleball Club. Ladislav holds a degree in Management and brings valuable experience from recruitment, human resources, and education to his coaching.
