Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy Cancellation & Rebooking 24 Hours or More: Customers may cancel or rebook their session without any charge if they do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time. Late Cancellation (Within 24 Hours) Less than 24 Hours: If a cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled session time, a charge of 30% of the session price will be applied to cover the rent of the premises.
